Hats off to two AWESOME men from Caliber Collision in Burleson!!! Fabian and David Thacker from the Burleson location are all about customer satisfaction, that is hard to find this day and time!! I have NEVER recieved customer service like this in my life, from any place of business! Fabian rans around none stop making everything RIGHT for his customers. He goes above and beyond the call of duty just to make things right! Most places would argue with you on you not being satisfied with the out come. Not this man!! He's not done with your vehicle until you the customer are completely 100% SATISFIED! I have so much respect for him and his work ethics! I can tell he's very devoted to his customer! David Thacker shows up at this location just to make sure your vehicle is perfect before it comes back to you. You don't find higher up management even caring these days about how or what the customer feels or thinks about the work done. My experience with David Thacker and Fabian deserve more than just 5 stars. Kudos to Fabian and David Thacker! I greatly appreciate all that you did! This will be my vehicle body shop for life!
