A Busy Bee's Full Auto Repair

I give them a huge zero! They first put an alternator in my car and drove it up a block up the road and it quit. They did come pick me up and replaced it once again. As a single woman you are always hesitant to walk into a mechanic shop. Figured i would use them again. What a HUGE MISTAKE. Dishonest about the problem and ordering parts. I also service the public , for 38 years and give honesty if I am not sure. So the part was ordered and according to them would be ready Friday. That coming from my male friend on speaker phone that was helping me before he left back to Michigan to work. Picked it up and was told the part was not ordered and as I asked questions about what to do next, the ugliness came out from Scott. I drove away with the car not even being looked at and got a whole different story on the phone. I could have sent them a lot of new business but will not even look their way again and make sure anyone i know............. Knows the story of what and where dishonest mechanics are. Busy Bee. Whatever happened to honesty and values? They definitely lack! Don't bother!
