Burgers are good, that's about it. I've heard the employees using profane language on more than one occasion, and even yelling that their chicken isn't "real" chicken. Ordered a mocha iced coffee today for the first time, and I might as well have ordered ice water. It had absolutely NO flavor. Very disappointing.
