Food is good. Good atmosphere. Hostess was rude wouldn't give us a table because we had a party of 15. Said she would ask manager if she could seat a table with that many people and never did. We were there for several hours without being sat. We had to stand and eat and order from the bar, which was not ideal especially since we were there to eat and celebrate a graduation from graduate school. The hostess kind of ruined the night. Also got random charges on my card for transactions that didnt occur. Not sure why. If you eat here check for extra $50 charges on your card. I had to file a dispute with the bank. When I called Biggios to ask what the charges for no one answered the phone. Great bar but horrible staff.
