Best Western Plus Fiesta Inn

i am a diamond select member first of all so we frequent many best westerns and I must say for a best western plus this is far from it. the room had someone else's dirty laundry still in it. the sink was dirty and the window was so full of condensation you could not see out of it. The night guy can barley speak English and he is very hard to understand. The breakfast is the same as you would get at just and ordinary best western. when I told the office about the issues in the morning they just said sorry and didnt even offer to compensate or offer a small discount we were not impressed with our stay and to say the least there was nothing plus about this hotel we will not recommend or stay at this hotel again.
