I went in to deposit my wrapped coins as usual and was "ordered" to fill out a deposit slip as soon as I entered their doors. And then when I approached the teller, she didn't know how to process the coin deposit. Really? This was a first. I had to wait for the other teller to handle the deposit while others behind me got serviced. After reading all the other reviews, I'm thinking of taking my safety deposit items and taking them to another bank. I tried to email my unpleasant experience, and guess what...manager's email account was unable to receive my email. How ironic.
