Not a bad starter place. Typical trailer park community everyone knows everything (So they think). Office manger is nice. Maintenance crew.. well let's just say they are not all that great. Lots of community kids all play together which is nice not living in the city to have neighborhood friends. All in all I would say good place to live when you stay your self!
