Waited in the lobby for more than a hour. Denied with high down payment , even though i was approved for a higher loan elsewhere. The website misleads on specifically approving those with bad or no credit. The vehicle itself was overpriced not including whatever high interest or "extended warranty" they were to tack on. HORRiBLE EXPERIENCE overall and waste of time. Will not return and i advise anyone else to go to Drive time instead with better faster customer service or another dealer even with bad credit.
