Wish I we had read al the reviews of this place before buying. My husband had what he thought was a great experience in August but now that it’s November and got cold enough to use the heat a few times we quickly realized the heat does not work at all. I have called not once but twice asking them to see if they checked it and what they had from their mechanic for it and both times was told the mechanic is at auction and they would get back to me. Hasn’t happened yet and that’s been 2 weeks. I would say all the bad reviews are correct. Will make sure everyone knows they sold us a vehicle with no heat, I am assuming they hoped we wouldn’t check it and unfortunately we didn’t. Bad business.
