Auto Love Car Wash

Absolutely horrible company! How do you take away stars or give 0. This 1 star rating is mandatory by Google and being generous. I went for a complete car detail twice and was turned away both times. I first went on 5/21/18 probably around 4:50PM. I went into the lane where you would get detailing services, only to be told we don't do any details when we are near closing time (which is 6PM by the way). I did not argue, and a worker told me we open up at 8AM. The next day, 5/22/18, I showed up at 8:01AM hoping to get a detail. I was invited into the line by a worker and told it would be a few minutes because we have to still setup a couple of items. Cool. Then a gentlemen with a jacket and beard comes out of the office and swears under his breath (my window was still down from talking with the previous worker). He says to the effect, I don't even have our F'ing computer setup yet and he already wants service. Not knowing I heard this, he comes over to my car and says no detail, and we already have two cars ahead of you. How do you have two cars ahead of me when you just cussed me out under your breath for being there at 8:01AM. I turned around to leave, and by the time I turned around at the light in front of Walgreens there were other cars in line. I don't know how this place expects to get the business of people who work normal jobs. I tried over an hour before close, and being the first car there and I was rejected both times. This is unprofessional and unacceptable. STAY AWAY! I will say I did end up using Celebrity Car Wash in Flower Mound on 5/22/18 and they did a wonderful job, and were cheaper. I would highly recommend using them if you don't mind the extra 15 minute drive.
