WHAT can I say, so unprofessional. Dionne started my hair from bleached blond , now I have a dark band around the front of my hair , very dark and then She decided she didn't want to do my hair ANYMORE, I lost a family member and was going to the Funeral in Cali, I was 15 mins late for her to highlight my hair over the horendece dark band , when she decided that I was to late.. ps I called twice to notifi them I was on mopac and was running late, never said a word. Then to top it of made another appointment in Oct only for the owner to answer the phone to say Dionne no longer wished to do my hair. How sad , the girl knows of my loss and didn't at ant time have the decency to call me, yes I have now had this level 7 dark brown 2" band across my hair. Now they tell me, when I could have gone to someone else. How sad
