Horrible experience! I would give no stars if I could. We are about to leave on a week trip, and I went in with my daughter, and we explained and showed pictures and MY nails, which ate done that way, that she wanted Solar, american hombree nails. I could tell the nail tech wasn't listening but pretending not to understand. I kept stressing what she wanted. She put white French powder which I called her on right away after doing 1 tip and said we want natural, american powder. She said "white better." She ended up giving her a regular French tip solar nail. My daughter needed them shorter, very active length. She had to be made to cut them down four times, and they are still too long. We told her my daughter needs them short for her job. She said "long better." My daughter asked for coffin shaped, and she did her one thumb coffin...the rest square rectangle.... no shape! They were left different lengths and lumpy and bumpy. Hideous. Then she charged full price of $40 and refused to discount or give the service for free which is what should have happened! We will never go back!
