I have been a customer for almost three years now and have been VERY happy with the service. I am told if there will be a delay for an unexpected reason. I always make an appointment rather than walking in and expecting to be served immediately because as a professional myself, I am aware of time constraints. The owner and her sister do my manis and pedis, and the service has always been excellent. I have sent several colleagues to Yuen and Kim, and they are as happy as I have always been. Great service, very reasonable pricing, and an overall warm and relaxing experience every time I visit.
