Seconding in the horrible customer service review. I bought a jacket and ended up not needing it. I was going to return it for store credit. They told me since there was no tag they couldn't take it. I've had it less than 24 hours and it never left my car. I explained they must've sold it to me without a tag because I just noticed it didn't have one. I got a "no, we wouldn't do that" and they walked away before I could respond. They basically called me a liar. I won't be going back.
