HORRIBLE SCHEDULING STAFF. We arrived just before our appointment at 12 noon, with four other patients scheduled in the same noon slot. No one who worked there could be found. A sign on the window said they were out to lunch until 12:20. When a nurse walked by, one patient said she had a 12:00 appt and was told she would just have to wait because no one would be there until 12:20. We sat in the waiting room almost 2 hours before being seen at all and didn't leave the appointment until after 3:00. Several people who arrived after us went in before us. I was taking my mother in law for her broken ankle, I had a TODDLER with me. A horrifying experience was had by all. Seriously someone should be fired over this. SO UNPROFESSIONAL.
