ACE Cash Express

I went there today to cash a check that I got from my car insurance company. The young lady working, Tiffany, had an ugly attitude from the get go and was really rude to me for no good reason. I've had an account there for years and never had an issue cashing a check but this time she said she couldn't find me in the system and created a new account causing an additional $3 on top of the 5% it cost to cash. I wouldn't have minded but her attitude was uncalled for and my whole experience was stressful. She needs to learn to work with the public. Especially when I was the only person there at first. Anyway, I won't be going back there.
