I had a great experience. I had an accident and was new to Texas. I had not been at my job long. I don't know what I would have done if they had not worked with me. My truck runs great and I love it. It was very affordable. It did have hail damage, but they were honest about it. They told me it was purchased at auction. I even have a lower interest rate than most of my credit cards. This is a used car lot. You are going to get a used vehicle. They are not going to know everything about that vehicle. It is life They will give excellent customer service. They won't bully you or harass you into buying or making a payment. I bought my truck last summer and I only have 15 payments total. I think it's a great deal.
