This was my first time using a storage facility and I dealt with Shawn exclusively, move in, move out and everything In between. In my opinion Shawn went above and beyond providing excellent customer service at every opportunity. I was a customer for six months. Regarding the review and rodent control: Know what your needs are when renting a unit, these units aren't climate controlled, you are renting the equvilant of a garage, this is all that I needed. Follow the instructions that the facility provide s regarding proper storage procedures/precautions. There is rodent control, I guess you need to know what it looks like?? Example, to the left of while looking at unit M10. The black plastic box the size of a shoebox is a rodent trap. If I need storage again in Wylie, I'll be a repeat customer.
