If you like equipment that is broken and doesn't get fixed, this gym is for you: weight machines, water fountains, showers, steam room, etc. If you like staff that act like they're doing you a big favor if you ask them to do the most basic thing, this gym is for you too. I would be embarrassed to work at a place like this. As it is, I do not work there; I just use it because it barely meets the requirements for a passable gym experience, and I've been a member for almost 10 years. Congratulations, 24 Hour Fitness: you have aspired to mediocrity, and some day you might reach it.
